How to Create a CRM/Service Center Ticket

  1. Log in to my.fsu.edu.

  2. Select the “FSU Service Center” link.

  3. Select “Create New Case”.

  4. Your name and contact information will be filled in for you. Complete the Following Fields as indicated:

    • Case Type:  Support Request

    • Category:  Faculty/Staff Services

    • Specialty Type:  Building Access/Security (Alarms/Card Swipe)

    • Detail:  (Select the best fit from the following options)

    • Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

    • Locknetics Card Access

    • Report a malfunction

    • Request building (onsite) security survey

    • cCure Card Access

    • Other

  5. Summary:  Provide a brief summary of the request

  6. Details:  Provide detail of the request.

  7. You may attach a file if desired.

  8. Be sure to “Save My Case” and make note of your case number for future reference.
