HOW TO SUBMIT A TICKET TO CASS THROUGH THE myFSU SERVICE CENTER

Log in to https://servicecenter.fsu.edu/s/

Select the Request a Service icon

You will be redirected to another page, select FSU Sign In or Guest Sign In.

Under Case Overview select the following

-How can we help you? select I am requesting a service

-What do you need help with? Enter “Building Access/Security (Alarms/Card Swipe/CCTV) cCure Card Access/Building Card Access Request”

-We treat all requests with priority. How is this issue impacting you? select Case Priority (Low-Critical)

Under Case Details enter the following:

Subject:  Provide a brief summary of the request

Description:  Provide details of the request (You may attach a file if desired)

Be sure to submit your case and make note of your case number for future reference
